On the 5th of April, 2018 the Director Of Academic Programs & Promotions Fuad Abdi Obsiye along with the Dean Of College Of Education Mr. Osman Esse Awale launched the second patch of Teacher Education Program.
This program which will earn its graduates “A Postgraduate Diploma In Teacher Education” has the primary objective of fully equipping the University Of Hargeisa faculty with all of the necessary means and tools to be excellent in their field.
This program’s aim is to enhance the professional capacities of the lecturers at the University Of Hargeisa through capacity building and teaching training.
This program which will last the time span of a year has seven modules, from action research, to professional ethics, to methods of teaching comprising of curriculum development, measurement and evaluation, educational psychology etc.
This is a comprehensive program designed to launch education to an improved level here at the University Of Hargeia.
