University Of Hargeisa Community Service Award

On the 28^th of August, 2018 the University Of Hargeisa’s office of research and community service awarded the yearly award for community service and impeccable work which it grants every year to outstanding members of the community to Traffic Officer Mr. Mohamoud Ismail Farah whom have been promoted now to Sub Lieutenant in acknowledgement of his service to the community, honestly and incredible work. The award was given to Mr. Mohamoud Ismail Farah by the President Of The Republic Of Somaliland Mr. Muse Bihi Abdi, The president of the Republic Of Somaliland Mr. Muse Bihi Abdi also promoted Mr. Mohamoud Ismail Farah to the rank of sub lieutenant. The awarding ceremony took place during the graduation of the University Of Hargeisa’s 15^th batch graduation ceremony.
